Porco defense files appeal (Capital News 9)
The defense for Christopher Porco has filed an appeal to overturn his conviction on charges he killed his father and attempted to kill his mother in a brutal ax attack in 2004. Porco was sentenced to 50 years to life in prison in December 2006. Our Steve Ference has details on why his attorneys say he should get a new trial.
